The place is falling apart in many ways. They have no liquor license- perhaps they lost it, so there is no wine or beer with dinner. I asked 2 different waitresses for a glass of water 3 times and did not get one after sitting down until 30 minutes later! The bread, which others rave about, was awful. It was very cold on the inside- obviously frozen and very crumbly indicating it is poorly made. The waitress replaced the bread with a new loaf and all 3 times they were cold on the inside. The kitchen is failing at the basics! The chicken Parmesan is a large portion but comes out on pasta without even having sauce on the pasta itself! That was very strange to me, they were a pile of plain noodles under the meat. The sauce on the chicken was bland and lacking flavor. The tiramisu was the oddest rendition I’ve ever seen- a dry layered white cake with a tiny bit of cream and chocolate chips on top. The service and skill of the kitchen is very poor! I waited an hour for my food. I would never come here again!

Beat Italian food in Morgantown - Homemade pasta, delicious home-baked fresh bread, and the fact that it’s a family owned restaurant truly shows in the love they put into the food. Highly recommend!!

Close to WVU, beautiful inside & out and even has a pick-up window, what more could you ask for!

My wife and I ordered takeout for the family last night. Great food and personable service as our meal was packaged perfectly and delivered to our vehicle. Delicious meal at home.

We had to walk over all of 20 feet to the uglioni's | Pasta & Pizza to order two take out pizza's, they came very fast and were delivered by Puglioni's | Pasta & Pizza Staff (they were very accomodating and friendly). Crust was on the thin side and very good. Toppings were all fresh. Prices were comparable to any fancy pizzeria. Parking is validated for 90 minutes in the garage below the restaurant. There is indoor seating and outdoor heated seating for those who stay.I enjoyed the pizza a lot! Would be happy to return

Best local homemade italian food in Morgantown! A nice little hole in the wall, great place!

Puglioni's is now under new ownership...the last owner retired..the food has always been good but now is better. This is a small unique eatery..excellent quality coupled with great service...don't miss the bread...great Italian food with an ever changing menu...don't miss this restaurant ..

Pizza had way too much bread compared to sauce and cheese, but the pasta (pesto with chicken) was absolutely on point

If you like pasta, Pugs is a must. Actually, the fresh loaf of bread and the herbed olive oil for dipping is enough to elicit signs of pure delight.

It was a cozy vibe, and I LOVED the art on the walls, but I wasnt a huge fan of the spaghetti. I'm picky about spaghetti. I haven't found one place in Morgantown where I really enjoy the sauce. But the fresh baked bread was amazing and they make the pasta from scratch so it's worth a try.

The food is good, but the lasagna I had this evening was so-so. It came out with about an inch of sauce on top of it, hiding the taste of the lasagna. The sauce was all over it, and after a while I couldn't taste anything but the sauce. The bread was great, but the appetizers were a bit on the burnt side. I may or may not return.

Arrived there at 8:00 pm and.placed our order. Were immediately told they did not have Alfredo sauce. Really? An Italian restaurant that runs out of Alfredo sauce. Ok. No big deal. 2 of the 4 in our party change their order. Have our salads and a few drinks. After an hour has past the waitress comes back to our table and informs us they no longer have marinara sauce. OK. So what now are we supposed to order. No Alfredo sauce and no marinara. Pretty much staples in an Italian restaurant. Tell the waitress we don't want the food then and we'll just leave. She asks us if we want it to go. Want what to go? At this point it would just be noodles with butter. Since I'm not 6 years old I say no we'll just pay for the drinks and go. To my surprise they not only charge us for the 4 beers and 2 sodas they also charge for the salads that came with the meals we never got. Will never return. Waitress was nice enough but should have let us know this earlier. Would give 0 stars if possible. Guess we'll try the other Italian restauants in this town and hope for a much better experience.

I am saddened to hear that Pug’s will be closing their doors, if this is on your bucket list, or need one last fix or come back to that first date or staple of a long time Suncrest hidden treasure. Hurry up!

After this place was recommended, we tried last weekend, let's just say we were all disappointed in our main meal. First it took forever for someone to even get our drink order. The salad was not what I would expect. Ordered two appetizers, although they were good ....as much as you pay I think more than probably 8 little pieces of fried mushrooms was very pricey. On to the main dish, that is the worst lasagna I have ever eaten , with that you are to get the homeade bread that we never received. Needless to say we wont be back. We waited for 2 hours on this meal, that didn't take 2 minutes to be very disappointed.
