I arrive yesterday. And the one mess up my orders before. Start with attitude why i my tone of voice is so strong. She say i was rude just because i speak strong and clear. Well i tell her every time she have to make the orders. She want the others to do it. She always forget to put my cheese or chicken in my footlong. Also give me a little burned break. And she put 6 cucumbers. 8 to 10 sounds better. I spend over $10 in my order for some of them put a little veggies.

Very rude upon entry. The two women working Mouthed off and questioned everything I said. They also cussed multiple times at customers not very professional at all.

The woman worker on night shift is possibly the rudest/ unprofessional employee I’ve ever seen. You have to pay to use the bathroom and if you don’t she sits there outside the bathroom and waits for you with her arms crossed looking furious. I gave a girl money so she could use the bathroom and the woman worker was arguing with the girl saying she can’t go unless she buys food, even though the sign clearly states if you pay $1 you can use the restroom. The worker did that because I gave her a dollar and it made her angry. I didn’t realize she can make her own rules. Someone needs to go in there and fire her because she’s a rude person and just down right disrespectful making everyone uncomfortable as well.

They did 35 box lunches for my son's hockey team tonight. They did a fantastic job! Everything was put together correctly and tasted great! I highly recommend this subway store. It's nice to see people that care about doing a great job.

Stale bread and women was so rude just because she decided to be overly attentive to a guy calling her cutesy names. They spoke about how relatable a job like that is with customers and had NO intent of giving a hard time. When I told the women my order wasn’t correct she shot back an “i know”… as she was wrapping the sandwich up. The sandwich wasn’t finished and I’m aware my request might not be a normal one but don’t see the need to disrespect someone for trying to say something. Literally worked at subways across a few states for 3+ years including management experience just stopping in to carry over an empty stomach- thanks.

I am very very impressed with this location. High Street can be rough sometimes but this particular Subway is a safehaven for your stomach. Good service, lovely conversation and my order was made quickly and tasted great. If you don't have a lot of money in your pocket but a hungry belly, I strongly suggest this location.

Last night on Monday last shift the service was not the best due to the employee working there was rude, when I walked in before closing it was 10 minutes past 9 pm the store closes down at 10 pm I believe, soon as I walked in the employee was hanging out with friends on the outside of the food stand who did not work there while gave me an unwelcoming look when I walked in, I walked up to the front where the food stand had its lid down while she just kept talking to her friends who were not customers ignoring me. She acted like I wasnt even there until I said something, then she came over with a bit of an attitude, while still talking to her friends joking around and laughing while even cussing in front of me showing off while she was making my food, she was a bit snobby the whole time towards me, she didnt greet me or anything, she did make my sandwich right, but her behavior was very distasteful for any employee to act like I could see if she was overwhelmed with customers, but I was the only customer at that time until toward the end other customers came in I dont know how she treated them, she was acting like she did not want to serve me that is the vibe I got she wanted to hang out with her friends instead while she was working, this needs to improve I regretted going there as I was leaving.
