Excellent coffee, welcoming atmosphere. Terrific option for a reasonably priced (build your own) breakfast sandwich. My only suggestion would be a whole grain bread option for the sandwiches.

The people working are super friendly! The whole crew working Saturday 06/21 was so positive and made the atmosphere feel so welcoming! Not to mention the food was so good. Never tried taziki but I love theirs! My boyfriend got the big Jam and he loved it. Cooked perfectly! Mind you it didn’t take long AT ALL for any of the things we ordered. The coffee was amazing too. Get a mocha they are phenomenal. Look at this chocolate milkshake! It’s delicious! Seriously come here!!!

I had the lavender menace which was delicious and my partner had the London Fog which was both amazing looking and delicious

I love their lattes, breakfast sandwiches, and muffins. My favorite are the chocolate or fruit muffins. Once I was volunteering, and a lady and I talked about how good the muffins were! The store has a cute aesthetic inside and I’m short enough I can stand and do work at the tall counter tables near the windows. It does get busy and sometimes there are no empty seats during peak hours. All the baristas are very nice and helpful!

Friendly staff and speedy service. But the pastries were all super dry. I had the coffee cake and my friend had the chocolate chip muffin and both were so dry we couldn't finish them. The bagel on the bagel sandwich was either not toasted at all or severely under toasted. Not a fan of doughy bagels. But the staff were very kind here and made the place feel welcoming.

We stopped for breakfast/ lunch at the Grind. What a cool place with great staff and great food. The building had unique features and was inclusive and inviting to all. The staff had infinite patience with my lack of caffeine brain, and were still very nice and professional. We had coffee hot and flavorful and two great sandwiches. Over all great stop.

Very rude worker at the counter. Skipped making my latte to make drinks for clients after me.

Very very cute little coffee and breakfast shop in/at a wvu bookstore/apparel shop. Reasonably priced and good food. The cutest basset named Randy graced our presence when we were there.

Super cute little place! Breakfast sandwiches were very good with just the right amount of cheese. Nice tables facing the window would be good for studying or just to sit at.

Really enjoyed my visit. I went while I was downtown for work in the middle of the morning. Full transparency, the kids are out of town so that might change things. I ordered a drip coffee and muffin and it was fast and easy. The seating area and decor is nice.

''A beacon of coffee hope''

Three years ago I saw that on a bumper sticker in the Falls. I searched for the place and saved it in Google Maps.

Today I am making my roadtrip visit, and celebrating the occasion with an excellent flat white and a still-warm cheese scone, opposite the WVU campus and UMC chapel.
