I would have given a rating of 5 stars, but the reason I didn't is because of the was not open on several occasions at 5:30 AM.I assume, like so many other like establishments, probably hard to find employees.Other than the store being closed when it should be opened, the food and service has been top notch.

I stopped at Tim Hortons to try the Peppermint Iced Capp Drink. I had an offer in the app for only $2.49 plus taxes.It was very good. I highly recommend.

I watched a female customer blatantly disrespect the employee yet the employee was unphased..he repeatedly apologized to the woman.the woman should not be allowed to return.but the gentleman whose name was tommy kept his demeanor professional and upbeat...kudos to him.

This could easily be a 10 out of 10 five stars store. This has nothing to do with employees rather the number of employees management seems to care enough to give this restaurant. Every time I come in there is one maybe two people behind the counter working for the entire store. From what I can tell there are at least four or five stations to keep the store functioning at a proper capacity. This is honestly a poor representation of ownership and management food takes forever and has never good as it could be if employees were not stressed and struggling to get the food out. And honest shame I would never want to work for who manages the store

Rarely do I post a negative review, but here goes. When it took 5 minutes to get any communication from the drive-thru attendant, I guess it's my fault I stayed and attempted to place an order. Took 28 minutes to leave with only part of a correct order. Staff obviously ill-prepared and untrained to work with the public. Maybe it would be better to hang up a closed sign than provide such a poor customer experience. I don't ever plan on returning.

It’s Friday. 5:42 a.m. I’m in front of Tim Hortons. Not open. Site says they open at 5:00.

Shockingly bad breakfast sandwiches. Hubs and I each got a breakfast sandwich. I got an iced blended coffee and hubs ordered a black coffee. We got one donut and some "timbits". Both sandwiches were lukewarm at best with gross floppy bacon and a cold slice of cheese. They did not give us the black coffee, donut or timbits so we had to go ask for them and Still had to wait. When we finally did get them the baked items seemed stale and dry. The restaurant was Not busy and there was One car at the drive-thru. We won't be back.

The only reason you received 2 stars because of the two young gentlemen working tonight. This location needs a NEW manager. No food, no cream no working espresso maker. We walked out with a partial order. First time in a Tim Hortons and no thanks.

Usually stop here every day for coffee and a bagel. Used to be great service but as of lately, the store is never open at 5am when not should be, currently sitting here at 8:36am on a Saturday morning game day and find hand written closed signs on the doors. Half the time you can’t get what you want because they never ordered it or the equipment is down. Unfortunately as of this point of being a loyal Tim Hortons customer of 15 years, I will have to find another place for coffee ?

The guy running the cash register was wearing cloves and didn't change them before making people's food. ?? Also the pumpkin spice latte taste like soap. The machine might need cleaned or there flavors are not as good as other restaurants.
