This location has gone downhill in the last year or so. It’s really puzzling how I can order ahead 1 coffee and 2 toasted bagels, arrive 15 mins later, and still have to wait at the window for 10 minutes for my order when there are 0 other customers there - Just for the bagels to somehow be COLD?? I’m sure there is an err somewhere on managements part, but still. Id rather go to Dunkin where I have to wait 2 minutes maximum for my bagels
If I place and order online why isn’t it ready when I get to the drive through they don’t seem to make it until I get there which makes online ordering pointless.
Guy working (I assume) alone today. 6.24.26 @330p NEEDS a raise!!!!
