Food and service is great, but dining in isn’t pleasant while spending your time swatting flies away. I will no longer dine in.
I had some great ribs at the wheeling casino during this holiday weekend the gentlemen on the truck was not only kind but very pleasant to deal with was very knowledgeable about smoking meats and flavoring but the ribs were hot and very moist the way they should be a great smoke flavor packed with a great rub. we got to talking about me smoking meats and still learning. he gave me an idea to try with Jim beam which will be my next task on the smoker.
