“Golden Wok in Nitro, WV, is a fantastic spot for delicious Chinese food! The flavors are always on point, and the portions are perfect. The staff is super friendly and makes every visit enjoyable. If you’re looking for a great meal with excellent service, this is the place to go! Highly recommend! Egg rolls, orange chicken, general chicken, and fried rice are some of my top faves!“

“No buffet anymore and dine in is discouraged. The inside has few tables and is generally used for storage.
I usually order via Doordash and the food is good and consistent.
I miss precovid days when this was the cheapest buffet with all the favorites.“

“We stopped in after discovering our go-to Chinese buffet in Charleston was closed due to a power outage—and we’re so glad we did! China Chef surprised us with a great variety of fresh, tasty options and solid quality across the board. It’s also much closer to home, which is a definite bonus. “First off, they do have a large variety of Sushi on the buffet bar. That's why I came. The food is always stocked and hot. A lot to choose from. It cost $23 for myself and daughter to eat at the buffet. The restaurant is huge with loads of space. You never have to wait to be seated. Your drinks are always refilled. Service is excellent. I've been here twice, and both times were a nice experience.“

“The food here is typically pretty consistent. It's one of the better Chinese restaurants in the Kanawha Valley. They could definitely use a bit of a makeover inside, but other than that its a staple in our diets. It's an all you can eat buffet, and if you'd rather take it home, you can always fill up a styrophome tray and take it to go.

Parking: Located within St Albans shopping center, there is ample parking.“

“Asia Wok is rated 4 stars in my book because of the food! It was good, hot, and enough for 2 meals - at least for me.

I actually wanted to visit the luncheon buffet, but dine-in area was closed off, as depicted in picture. Another customer waiting, said since Covid the dine-in area has been shut down and there is no word, if/when it will open back up! He calls in his order for pick up. This was on a Saturday. Maybe during the week it is open, but I would have to go back during the week to check it out.“

“I would not recommend.. first you have two different types of shrimp, peel and eat and fried, with zero cocktail sauce... ok it happens, so I go to get some white rice and your out of white rice???? like are you seriously a Chinese restaurant with no white rice??? also who puts Cheever cheese in sushi? by far the worst. all the food was sub standard.“
