The owner was so nice to create a peanut butter and jelly cake for my husband. Coming from CT to celebrate his birthday at the national park. The peanut butter frosting was exceptional and the chocolate cake amazing. Jelly added just the right amount of sweetness. We loved it!

The first of my children got married on Saturday. My daughter said I could have full reign over the cake. I had no idea on wedding cakes and between phone calls, pictures, and SS the idea took form. Black Bear Bakery made a dream come true for a mother unused to formal cake making. My daughter was thrilled with what their cake turned out to be. I want to thank Black Bear Bakery and all staff for a job well done!

$46 for 2 Turkey clubs and some sweets. The toast was so burned it crumbled like dust and the bacon was beyond black/ burned. We threw it away and left. Way overpriced for deli turkey and burned white bread. Oof lesson learned. The sweets were lack luster as well. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Honestly I would give ZERO STARS, but that isn’t a choice. I am from out of town was looking for cupcakes for someone’s Birthday. I gave this bakery two chances. I went right before closing and they had hardly any cupcakes (which makes sense) but the ones that were left were in a closed case with 4 FILES. When I told the staff member she just shrugged her shoulders. We left in hopes to find another bakery. Fun fact there is none! So we tried again on Friday in the morning and there was only one type of cupcake. They said “we don’t bake on the weekend”. I then wanted coffee and was about to get some because they have a Black Rife coffee sign in the store. When the staff state that the sign is just decorative we don’t sell that coffee. It was just disappointing. Don’t recommend!
Food was just ok. Had hotdogs. Buns were not warm. Nothing special. Sheets has better. What I really didn't like was the trash cans needed emptied. They were beyond full. Overflowing. We had to stack our trash on top of the Overflowing trash. Made me wonder what else they didn't do that they should do. Especially in the back where I couldn't see. And when customer left they didn't wipe off the tables. That is just nasty. Won't go back. Do not recommend. Go to Sheets. Buy a hotdogs and a box of Dingdongs. Be a lot better off.

Visiting in laws from South Carolina. MIL took me here for lunch. I had the Monte Cristo combo and it was delicious! Took home a cinnamon roll with cream cheese icing to have later. Ate it, literally, when I walked in the door. also delicious. 😋 sn: cinnamon rolls are huge, ½ was enough.
