Placed a order for pickup by mistake went thur drive thur was told there was no order at all explained it might be under pickup, still rude told me no such order at all, went inside order was right there on counter with bold code on front clear as day… do better for your business.

I bought a gallon of the sweet tea, got it home and found it was unsweetened tea. I drove back and went inside. The manager was rude, never said sorry for your inconvenience or offered any apologies. I asked if he would check the tea to make sure it was correct and he refused. I told him I didn’t want to drive all the way home and have to bring the tea back again. He acted like I was a horrible person for asking him to check the tea and proceeded to hand me a refund and told me to “get out of his store”!!
Is this the type of customer service we can expect from McDonald’s??
My sister goes there 3 or 4 times a week for coffee and she says it’s gotten bad. She gets watered down coffee and they even put sugar in it even though she asks for black with creamers on the side and once there was a bunch of grounds in the bottom of the cup.
What is going on with this store??

Oak hill McDonald’s do better!!! MY CHILD COULD HAVE CHOKED. (Yes this is a bone) Not to mention the food was also messed up and we had to go back and get his sandwich fixed. As for the manger on duty he did fantastic fixing everything and was super nice about it. Thank you for that! but as a whole do better. Sometimes it’s not the workers fault, it’s the employers fault as well.

This McDonald’s sucks. Every single time you come here you have to either pull to the third window or get parked at the curbside and wait, it doesn’t matter how big or small your order is. You ALWAYS have to wait 10 minutes or more, and then you can guarantee once you finally get your food, the order will be messed up! What a horrible, pathetic excuse for a manager. Hopefully this branch will shut down permanently.

Would give zero stars if possible. Waited at the counter for 10 minutes before anyone showed up. Waited another 15 after getting my food because I didn’t get any sauce with my chicken strips. The manager Eddie kept walking by and wasn’t coming over to help and could be heard laughing in the back. I had to flag down a separate crew member and was still only given 3 sauce packets for 12 strips.
