The McDonald's in Oak Hill needs to do better with service.. I came in the drive thru and ordered. I had to walk in for a fork for my sausage and gravy, I'm not mad about that because accidents happen. The thing is when I walked in to get what I needed I waited for 4 minutes(sometimes it's longer)before anyone saw that I was there. Ever since they remodeled it, it takes way to long to get waited on. They need to check the front more often for customers.

Their #1 issue, it doesn't matter what you order. They have almost everyone pull up from drive thru.
So let's say you order on the mobile app. Go through drive thru to pick up an order, to save them time from having to walk it out. They still will make you pull out of drive thru when you get to the window. Rediculous.
Because what ends up happening, they get confused on what goes well. Because instead of one person in drive thru and one in the pickup spots, they'll have 5+ to keep up with.
Which speaking of, by doing this, usually drive thru customers end up in the pickup spots because of staff.
Tl;Dr the managers need retrained or replaced

Ordered a large pumpkin spice iced coffee, and only got a medium. Was in a hurry and didn't want to bother trying to get the right size. Girls there seemed to be new.
