Would give zero stars if possible. Waited at the counter for 10 minutes before anyone showed up. Waited another 15 after getting my food because I didn’t get any sauce with my chicken strips. The manager Eddie kept walking by and wasn’t coming over to help and could be heard laughing in the back. I had to flag down a separate crew member and was still only given 3 sauce packets for 12 strips.

I have had two crappy experiences with this McDonald's recently. The first experience happened the other day. It was roughly 9:00 P.M. and I rolled through the drive thru and I saw it was busy but I still ordered some food. After ordering, I was told to pull into spot number 3. Now I don't mind waiting at all but I saw other people come and go while I waited. I ended up getting my food at 9:45, and the only reason I did was I stopped a female worker bringing food out to another customer and told her what I was waiting on. Also, this worker was one of the rudest people I ever met and she acted like it was issue that they forgot my food. Don't know the name but she had dark hair and wore glasses. The second experience was tonight. I doordashed this time and when the doordasher brought me my food, the bag was sealed so I do not suspect that she did anything. I was missing a large fry, two blueberry pies, ranch to go with my nuggets, and the straws for my drink. I understand there can be bad days and whatnot, but this seems less like a bad day and more like poor management and service and it seems like the workers, which a lot seemed to be of the younger generation, don't really care and they're just there for the money.

Ordered two Big Mac Meals with Large Sweet Teas. The Big Mac’s had no sauce no lettuce and no pickles. This is the last time I order from this Mc Donald’s The only thing that was any good at all was the tea.

Tonight I ordered food for my family I get off work late so it's really hard to go to the store I order two big Mac bundle boxes I sat in drive thru for 15 minutes to be parked and waited another 10 I brought my food home and this is the disappointment I got. I worked at this exact store and we were always adamant on making sure food was going out acceptable biggest disappointment and waste of money was missing lettuce and pickles on the big mac's I will not be coming back to this disappoint of a store assistant general manager and general Manager need to do better with there staff and management.
