Skyline Drive In Reviews
I love these older style places that take you back in time. We stopped here to avoid fast food or crowded places and the food was 10/10! I ordered a burger and its not some cheap patty, its REAL burger. Best burger ive had in a while. I did not know this is where hank williams passed but i learned more about him personally than i ever did, my kids liked it and said it was cozy. We also signed a dollar bill for the wall, such a neat place to get some good food. Very polite establishment...read full review
Stopped here after a long day of hiking in the park. I wasn't sure what to expect walking in but I am very glad I did! I'm a lot younger than the locals who were sitting down already and I was visiting the area from Pittsburgh. I didn't fit in but they were very kind and welcoming anyway. Had a delicious burger, fries, and a coke. So good and obviously prepared fresh to order. I'll stop back next time for the chili dogs everyone was talking up. Thank you!
Well worth the visit and the stories told by the owner..This was one of the many highlights of our trip to W.Va.🙂

Skyline Drive In is a popular local spot known for serving delicious hot dogs made fresh daily by the friendly owner. Visitors from out of town, including those from Kansas City and Massachusetts, have stopped by to enjoy tasty treats like hot dogs with everything, cheeseburgers, and baked potatoes with the works. The staff is super friendly and helpful, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that feels like family. The restaurant has a special charm, with old school country music and a tribute to Hank Williams, who famously had ties to the place. It is a small but comfortable spot, making it a great place to stop, eat, and refuel. The food is simple, down-home, and delicious, with homemade items like cole slaw and chili that are to die for.
