Just like old times! It did my heart good just to be there, but the food was amazing and I pray they reopen in full force. The salad was cut into small bits just like it always was in the past …and the way I like it! The chicken kebobs were wonderful, but the roast beef was out of this world I’m looking forward to beef kebobs, and their classic twice baked potatoes sometime!
This is the second oldest operating bar in WV. Although it is not open on a regular basis the Club is available for events. If you need or want to schedule an event in this area I highly recommend you check this place out.
I've been dining at the Gables since 1975. Larry and Sue Navicki have always been the greatest hosts and good friends to all of their customers. In all the years I have dined there I have never had a meal that was less than superb. It is 5 stars every time.
