We have visited the South Parkersburg location several times and had a good experience. On this visit we were seated quickly but waited for 15 minutes for our waiter. When he finally came over he seemed overwhelmed with his amount of tables. They were not busy. Including myself and my wife maybe a dozen customers total. He carried a cup of coffee, creamer and a tea out to us. He spilled the creamer the whole way to our table. He forgot parts of our order. When we were finished...
