We love the old world feel of the hotel Only issue is bell man wasn't there when we arrived. But the front desk personnel came to our aid. Restaurant was outstanding. We will return in the near future.
Hands down the best most elegant place to drink and dine in all of Parkersburg, it's in the downtown area which is kind of dying but this place stands out as a beautiful property. Excellent food, especially the sea bass.
I would have given 5 stars. The dinner was outstanding with great service but the breakfast on 6/25 was poor. I was the first one in the restaurant for Breakfast and had to wait 20 minutes to get omelette and hash brown casserole. Only two other people were in the restaurant after me. Everything including the coffee was like warm at best. Hashbrown casserole looked like it was left over from the day before (inedible).
