Great portions at a fair price. Chicken livers were cooked on the griddle and lightly breaded, which was a first usually I see batter dipped from a deep fryer. Chili fries were "interesting" and were good but the chili skewed more to a tomato-heavy pasta sauce.
I love out-of-the-way diners! This place fit the bill! A real find. Was in the area unexpectedly and stopped in for breakfast. The place is intimate, clean, and homey. Even the restrooms.Had a western omelette and rye toast. Very tasty. Service was friendly and efficient. Great prices. Great selection.

We go to Cheryl’s as often as we can. We always get great food and the service is unbeatable. When they are really busy or have a new cook, you will have a little bit of a wait. The staff always are kind to us and anyone that comes there. Today, we had Baked steak and it was so tender and delicious. Nothing but good to say. Everyone should try their Baked steak.
