The food is pretty good, prices are eh, but service is poor. I'm sure it was a one-time thing, but the last time I went they were out of most fountain drinks and sweet tea( how do you run out of sweet tea?) And when I settled for dr. Pepper it was flat and almost watered down. This place def needs to manage their co2 deliveries and prep better. Prior to trying Gran Azteca, my husband and I had gone to Las Trancas for dinner, which ended up being a HORRIBLE experience. At Gran Azteca, however, we were amazed by our experience. Service was very fast and friendly, and we were never left waiting for long. The staff is very kind and the food was AMAZING. Will definitely be coming here every time instead of going to Las Trancas. 10/10!!
This place was simply great. The food tasted great, friendly staff and reasonable prices during these tough economic times. If you in the area I highly recommend you check them out.
