Gran Ranchero Méxican Restaurant

First time we jad been here in a very long time and before it was always fairly good. We have been hearing some good but some bad things from firiends but decided to give it a try again. The bad is more believable after this trip and we wont be back. First, the Texas Fajitas was good. Now the bad: *Was over 80 degrees inside and we wasnt the only one who were saying the same thing. *Took forever to get chips and salsa. *Menu has Miller and Miller Lite listed. I asked specifically if they had the Miller and was assured they did. Server brought Miller Lite and then said he didn't know what regular Miller is and is sure they don't have it. *Asked for a small side of sour cream and when they brought it, it had frozen chunks in it. *The gnats were bad but only a couple of flies. *Had to ask the server three times for a box.

The food was decent but the place was very dirty. I almost didn’t want to stay and eat but we gave it a chance. It’s also super dark in a certain part of the dining area. We couldn’t even read the menu.

Always great service, good food. Hardly any wait for orders. Great to go when youre in a hurry aka lunch time

Was going to order two meals this evening but due to the line being busy yet again I will not be giving you my business. I should not have to physically come to the location to place a to go order. You've missed out 3 times on over $30 worth of business from me because your phone line is constantly busy. Imagine how much more business you are loosing from others because of it too. Something to think about!

This is quite literally the best staff anywhere in the MOV. Always quick, good food. Great service. 100% recommend.
