Ive been coming to this Restaurant since the 80's. The last 3 times has been regretful. Tonight was $102.00 worth of the crappiest food in town. I flat out will never go there again. It use to be the best and now its one of the worst.

Nothing tasted authentic or home made the calamari was absolutely horrible. It was frozen like onion rings and chewy.I asked for melted butter to come with it and they gave me a saucer full of cooking oil, butter flavored, something. The Lasagna just hate us to like tomato paste. The vegetarian Lasagna was very good. The bread was great. The salad was literally lettuce and tomato. That was it and the salad dressing tasted? Very old and this used to be my go to spot. I know times are tough but Jimmy needs to get cracking on food quality. I did not take a picture of the food we left it.It was not worth heating back up.It tasted like it was all pre cooked, shipped in frozen and then reheated.

We stopped in Parkerburg, and the staff a TownePlace recommended it. We tried it out, and everything was outstanding. The chicken breast with peppers and onions, baked potatoes salad, and bread was reasonably priced. Tasted great. With a nice glass of wine, our bill for two was under 50 dollars.

Reservation for a large party of 26-28. Reservation made months in advance and I made follow up phone call one week prior to event. 1:00 - 3:00 Drink order should have been taken at 1:00. It was at least 1:20. Salads should have been served by 1:30. Didn’t work that way. Food wasn’t brought until ~2:15 and by that time people were wanting to go boxes. I had permission to bring in cupcakes for dessert. Most folks were ready to leave by 3:00 rather than start dessert. Not enough waiters and they had to bring in extra tables to sear people because someone gave us the smaller room rather than the room I requested. Very disappointing. Room was packed, elbow to elbow.
Thank You for hosting our crazy 40th class Reunion!

We had a fantastic dinner experience at Colombo's Restaurant. Every employee whom we encountered greeted us warmly and asked how we were doing. I have rarely felt so welcome! The atmosphere and food offerings put us smack in the 1950s. The food was delicious and plentiful. We will definitely eat there whenever we are in town!
