Food and service is going down hill

Brand new place very nicely done. High quality materials. Good menu great tasting food. Parking can be tight on the weekends.

The food was the best Mexican cuisine I’ve ever eaten in this Valley!
New additions to the menu were delicious and expertly prepared. I have not tasted the new menus items in any other Mexican restaurant in the area.
Our drinks were very good.
Restaurant is exceptional in cleanliness and tastefully decorated.
Staff was friendly, courteous, and pleasant.
I was impressed from beginning to end with our entire experience.

Excellent 10 to 10 very nice people's Excellent service and if you're disagree for something they have good manager's for you can talk about it and they fixed it for you whit always a good smile on the face.

Walked in on a Tuesday evening. Sat at the bar and was brought out chips and salsa promptly. I wish the rest of the service experience there was that quick. Had to wait several minutes to bring me my drink. And then seemed to be ignored by the sever the rest of the night. She was rolling silverware at a table in the bar area. Had to ask a bar back to be able to order dinner. She came over took my order seemed upset for some reason. Food was pretty good. Better than the average Mexican joint for sure. Ordered the burrito tropical. Then seemingly ignored the rest of the evening. No refills for drinks, no checking on the table. Had to stop her while she was walking through the restaurant to get a box and a check. Had cash out promptly once she handed me the check to be able to pay and tip. Waited about 10 mins and she never came back for the check. Dug around found exact change and left. The food was good. Maybe the server was having a rough night. But I’m not local to the area and if I was back in the area I would NOT go again based on the poor service. Could have been just of off night. But there was plenty of staff walking around and in the bar area. And when I got there I was the only person seated at the bar.

Las Trancas Mexican Cantina is a really nice spot with great vibrant atmosphere and friendly, attentive service. I had the chicken chimichanga with beans — crispy, flavorful, and generously filled with tender chicken. Food arrived quick and hot, tasted excellent, and portions deliver solid value. Full bar with classic margaritas (strawberry, raspberry, peach) and mixed drinks like Daiquiri, Long Island Iced Tea, Tequila Sunrise. Authentic Mexican cuisine in a welcoming, family-friendly setting. I definitely recommend it.

We tried this restaurant because it was close to where we were staying. Great food!

We were passing through the area on vacation and decided to stop and have dinner. It was super yummy!! If you like mexican food, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place in a heartbeat!!

Party of five sat us in a booth not enough room so half party had to move to another table. I got my food found plastic in it manager didn't seam to concern. Just wasn't a very enjoyable dinner at all.
