Terrible service. I come here once every 3 or 4 years thinking it will be better. I dont understand why the owners will not hire servers. Food is ok. Huge disappointment every time.

Went on a Friday around 8 PM and sat at the bar because we had read that service could be hit or miss, and we usually have better luck there. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case this time.
It wasn’t very busy, especially for a Friday night, but service still felt like an afterthought. Our bartender/server seemed much more focused on pouring herself beers and chatting than paying attention to customers. There were two people behind the bar who were also serving tables, but most of the time it felt like they were more interested in hanging out with their regulars than checking on guests.
They were out of traditional wings, which was disappointing. My husband said the boneless wings weren’t very good. The homemade salsa and beer cheese were actually the highlights and were both really good.
The rest of the food missed the mark. My chicken Caesar wrap came with soggy chicken and tasted like it had been drenched in Italian dressing instead of Caesar. The fries were limp and soggy. We spent what felt like forever trying to get someone’s attention just to ask for ranch so we could add some flavor.
The beer itself was decent, and I’d probably come back for that. But based on this visit, I wouldn’t come back for the food, and I definitely wouldn’t go in expecting good service.

First time ordering from here. Will be last time. If I could give negative stars I would. VERY expensive for what I received. Ordered the PBC nachos with NO jalapeños. Well. I didn’t get the jalapeños but they must’ve left off everything else too. Supposed to have black beans and chicken. I opened the to go box and there was a bunch of nacho chips. I figured I must’ve opened the box upside down so turned box over and nothing but nacho chips. Took out all the chips and placed in bowl and all that was left was about 1/2 cup of chicken and beans combined. Check out the picture I attached. Paid $16.10 for nothing but a bowl of nacho chips. The amount of chicken and black beans were pretty much non existent. I will be eating my bowl of nachos with the small amount of cheese and salsa I got with it. For the amount I paid you would think I would get way more chicken and black beans. I will not recommend this place to anyone.
Husband actually went and ate at restaurant tonight and said the hamburger he got was just ok. Not really very good. Service was terrible.

Traveled to Parkersburg today to take in the local art museum. Decided to stay nearby to eat. It was very busy, and heard the waiter say that another waiter had to stay at home due to illness in the family. One waiter was covering a very busy time at the restaurant. Ordered a grilled cheese and smash burger and a small beer. The fries were lukewarm and soggy. The grilled cheese was fine. The burger was just “ok”. The small beer was forgotten. I chalked it up to the busyness of the restaurant. We received our bill and I noticed that we had still been charged for the beer. The waiter was kind and cancelled the transaction, but never apologized for the oversite. I was not impressed with our overall experience.

Here on a Saturday early evening and I have to say this was an extremely sad experience. No fountain drinks so most cocktails can't be made. Out of ciders and something else. Took forever to get drinks that could be made or poured. Our party of 9 ordered food. We got it in a timely manner however it was not good. The salad was fresh and that person was happy and the wings were good according to another. Not worth the time or money. The atmosphere was nice and the building is very nice

First time visitors last Friday night, went back again tonight because the beer, food and service were so good! Nachos and cheese curds great. I got Smokehouse Burger both nights and husband said the wings are some of the best he’s ever had. Heather was our server both nights and was pleasant and helpful. Tanre came to our table both nights to make sure everything was great. Honestly sad we hadn’t found this gem sooner. Don’t hesitate to check them out, we will be back!
