Expect to wait 15-20 minutes for your food. When you order you will also have repeat your order 5 or 6 times before they get it correct. This location has the worst customer service of any restaurant. Workers are rude, slow, and are generally angry towards customers. You would be wise to avoid this location.

We waited over 15 mins in a stall to order and they never answered so we finally went through the drive through waiting there for 10 mins then when we got the the window and paid we waited another 15 mins to get our food. If there is not enough staff then shut down some stalls and then you could probably handle things better. Also the girl at the window just stands there. If your short handed couldn’t she have done more. I’d suggest avoid this location unless you want to wait over 30mins.

At the speaker I told them I had a mobile pick up order. When I got to the window there were multiple people there and everyone was just standing around talking. Finally a manager comes to the window and all he says is “wussup”. There had been a line in front of us and was still a line behind us. Just seemed a little ridiculous to have so many employees on duty but not one was actually working ?

HORRIBLE customer service. The person attending the drive through appeared to be on drugs. Forgot she took our money and then asked us if we ordered food. When we did get our food, the tator tots were so soggy from the grease that they fell apart.

Gave me a totally wrong order. I had suspicions based on the size of the bag, but had a 20 minute drive home and didn’t stop to check anything. I ordered mozzarella sticks, cheese fries, a grilled cheese, a pretzel twist, and a slushy, and I was given chili fries, tater tots, and a sweet tea. Clearly they don’t know at all how to do their jobs here and I highly recommend avoiding this location. A bunch of tweakers that only work there because they don’t drug test and they get to speed around on skates. AVOID

Employees were sitting on the sidewalk talking while there were 5 cars in line. The manager was the only person doing something. I never got the rest of my order because the employees weren’t doing
I love Sonics. I really like the Cherry limeade, I watch my sugar intake and it would be nice if there were sugar free limeade. The breakfast toaster sandwiches, grilled chicken sandwich, tater tots, coney dogs, are all good.
