At the speaker I told them I had a mobile pick up order. When I got to the window there were multiple people there and everyone was just standing around talking. Finally a manager comes to the window and all he says is “wussup”. There had been a line in front of us and was still a line behind us. Just seemed a little ridiculous to have so many employees on duty but not one was actually working ?

We waited over 15 mins in a stall to order and they never answered so we finally went through the drive through waiting there for 10 mins then when we got the the window and paid we waited another 15 mins to get our food. If there is not enough staff then shut down some stalls and then you could probably handle things better. Also the girl at the window just stands there. If your short handed couldn’t she have done more. I’d suggest avoid this location unless you want to wait...read full review
