I was hoping this place would be good based on the reviews, but at best it was OK-ish. We were the first ones at the table for the day. It had crumbs on it. The menu was missing items. The waitress was nice, and the food came out in a decent amount of time. Had shrimp and Reuben. Nothing special about the food. Again, OK-ish. Bathroom was not clean. Place as a whole could use some freshening up. I doubt I will be back.

This quaint little restaurant located in Paw Paw West Virginia is a dining treasure for the area. The restaurant is located a short distance from the C&O canal . There is a map in the restaurant where you can place a pin where you are from. The community is very small and needless to say there aren't many options for eating out. Amanda's place has a nice size menu with a variety of Sandwich options, sides, entrees, and breakfast items. Everyone in our large party today was greeted by an extremely friendly waitress who treated us like old friends. The food was hot and good. A group ordered a bacon cheeseburger, chicken wrap, pancakes, chicken fingers, and a hot open-faced roast beef sandwich. If you are ever in the area I would highly recommend stopping in for a diner type meal.

What a wonderful experience. Amanda was chief cook and bottle washer. My wife had the Cheese Steak and Fries. She said it was very good. I had the Hot Roast Beef, Mashed Potatoes and Corn. You could cut the Roast Beef with a fork. My meal was very tasty. We will definitely be back.

We're riding the C&O Canal trail and made the trip into PawPaw for lunch. Great bike lane too the town. We had three steak and cheese salad and the roast beef plate with mashed potatoes and cole slaw. It was perfect! Great service and the waitress had a great sense of humor. I recommend stopping here!

Enjoyed sitting on the porch eating burger and fries. The staff was really friendly and, since the restaurant is located in Paw Paw, they brought out a ripe paw paw for us to taste. Really created a fun memory for us.
