Pleasantly surprised by food quality. Chicken quesadilla was not at all what you would expect when you order a quesadilla at a bar, but it was amazing! Not fajita chicken, but serious grilled chicken and plenty of it. The Philly Cheese steak was also impressive with the amount, quality and flavor of the meat. Not a great selection of craft beers, but enough to please most people. Beers are ice cold and reasonably priced. Will definitely return.
This was our first visit, but definitely not our last. Our server was very attentive and friendly. She allowed us to sample a couple wing sauces and I settled on the "suck wind" flavor. It had a good taste and just the right amount of heat. The medium boneless is a huge amount of wings. They were cooked perfectly and had lots of sauce. The sweet tea is fantastic.

3rd Base bar & Grill is located in Petersburg WV. We stopped there after a day trip to Smoke hole , Dolly sods & Senica Rocks. Our waitress was very helpful, honest, and friendly and made us feel very welcome. The wings were the best we've had in a long time ! It was laid back & the people were entertaining.
