It is constantly over turning employees. Don't know what the actual problem is, but if you don't train the employees correctly, then your gonna have problems throughout the restaurant.
They need to retrain the people on night shift. Went there about 3 times and the same guy on night shift took the code for the rewards and all 3 times messed it up. Took the points but said it didn’t respond but on the app it took the points. Guess will have to get another person to do it.
I ordered chicken nuggets and a cheeseburger happy meal. Waited longer than I should have to get my food. I was given sweet tea instead of unsweetened. French fries was over salted.
