Food is great, be there customer service is a joke. Hard to ever order food if they can’t answer the damn phone.

First time here, and I won't be back. I ate lunch in the restaurant despite the disarray of the dining area, but what really blew my mind was being denied a cup of water. The girl at the counter literally refused to provide me with a cup of water, and insisted I buy a bottle.

Great service, tasty food, calm atmosphere. Would recommend.
Kid-friendliness: They have toys for kids and it’s spacious inside. Floor is clean and kids are free to roam the room

If you’re looking for good cheap Chinese, this is the place. Sometimes a plate of sweet and sour chicken really is the only thing that hits the spot. They’re right on Main Street, so it’s easy to run and grab your food, and whether I’m ordering for myself or a whole party, they’re ready pretty quick. If we could just get these guys set up on DoorDash, they’d be golden!
Vegetarian options: Always plenty of vegetarian options on the menu.
Parking: There are a few street spots for quick pickups and handicap parking, and a large city lot on the other side of the street.
Wheelchair accessibility: Standard size door with a flat threshold, and dips in the sidewalk at the crosswalk.

Had high hopes, sadly dashed. Sweet & sour chicken w/eggroll & white rice. The chicken was typical (not spectacular) and edible, but they only provide a mini plastic condiment cup of the sweet/sour sauce on the side. MINI! Not enough sauce for the chicken, not even close. The eggroll was inedible: chewy as all get out & tasted of frying oil. The white rice was extremely sticky and also inedible. Very disappointed in this restaurant.
These people have no customer service. Also if your looking to get over charged then this is the place for you. I got my order and they missed part of my order when I called they said I didn’t order it. They don’t attach an order to your bag so good luck trying to prove you did. They also over charged me. The math they did did not add up to what the menu prices say and w/sales tax. I will never be ordering from here again.
Good food good prices
Delicious food and friendly service. The wonton soup and moo goo gai pan are amazing! And the staff wear masks and are very careful in this age of covid, which I really appreciate. Please support this restaurant.
I have never had a bad experience with this restaurant until this evening. When I picked up my order, it was about 10 dollars more than what the menu prices state. When I asked about it, I was told the menu was new. I told her that I ordered directly from the menu on Facebook and was told they don’t have a menu on Facebook. Clearly.. they do.. when I got home and opened the food.. it was incorrect. I had ordered one General Tso and one Orange Chicken. Both were General Tso.. one just had and orange thrown on top of it. When I called to ask about it, I was told that they were both similar in flavor and one has an orange on it? Ok. I order the same thing every time and it definitely is nowhere close to the same flavor. Totally disappointed today.
