The Philippi is my go-to location for comfort food and a relaxed atmosphere. The food is always good and the service very friendly! Country fried steak, the Giovanni burger, and biscuits and gravy are my favorites.

Some general maintenance on the interior could be improved but that would just take away from the mystique lol. Overall highly recommend!

It is worth the longer drive out of town to come to this great diner. I had the grilled trout which is flaky and melted in my mouth. My partner opted for the steak hoagie with waffle fries. Service is friendly and makes the entire experience even morr pleasurable. Highly recommended!!😄😇🤩

Iv been in west virgina about 2 months and I have tried food from many different places and this place the phillippi inn is by far the best food I have had in awhile if you find your self in the area trust me when I say this you have to go in and try there food it is a real home cooked meal very filling price is right and the atmosphere is just as good as the food and service I give this place 5 star rating that says alot for me to say this we're I'm used to eating in...
