Not sure how subway as a whole is still in business...bread is terrible anymore and that used to be the only redeeming part. Tastes like a flavorless chewy sponge. Took away fresh shredded mozzarella so now it's cheap pre-shredded nasty cheese, vegetables are all pale and lacking in color or flavor- prices higher than they've ever been. It's the opposite of fresh. For what you pay you could go anywhere else and have better food.

This the third time in a row our online order has been messed up. We usually have an order for two to five people. This las time there was one salad and two subs. One of the subs was missing one of the items requested. The other sub had several items on it that weren’t requested. The last time we had three of five of the subs wrong. Employees always look like they’re in a bad mood when we pickup our orders. It’s very disappointing, especially when they’re usually not that busy when we pick up. The food is great, when it’s what we order. Another note, when you order online the app tells you about promos running, like BOGO. However, when you go to place an order with this particular store, it won’t except the promos.

I wanted a simple sandwich but as you can see,dowsed in mustard 3/10 I usually eat here often too, slow staff they were on there cellphones/being distracted.

I had an online order. I ordered 2 salads, 2 subs and 4 cookies. I received no cookies, no salad dressing, one sub was such a mess it went everywhere when opened. Both salads had so much meat that we didn’t have but a very small amount of lettuce. They also didn’t honor the online deals.

They are not to close until 8 or 10pm but at 6pm I show up they are closed on a Friday. I see a sign on a piece of paper that reads” we will be open momentarily” but I have been waiting 30 mins and I see to girls in the sub shop goofing off. So are you open or not on Fridays??????
