Family Restaurants in Pineville, WV

“We stopped in for the first time when we were passing through on a three day road trip through the mountains. My group was made up of me, my wife and my in-laws. My in-laws are both 80 years old and my father in-law can be cranky and very hard to please when it comes to eating at new restaurants. My wife is gluten sensitive can make things difficult as well.

The service and food were decent. One cool thing is they had no problem bringing my father in-law a sample of their chicken liver. He ended up ordering the chopped steak but was happy he got a sample of the liver. My mother-in-law ordered a salad and picked off her husband's plate. My wife and I split the polish sausage and she also ordered a salad.

Everybody liked their food and appreciated the friendly service. Any one thing didn't rate five stars but everything in the whole added up to a five star experience. It's unlikely we'll ever be back to Pineville, but should be find ourselves passing through again, we'll probably stop in again.“
