“This place has some delicious food. Upon arriving I felt a little sketchy about the location/parking. And it is set up as a 'fast food' type establishment. So it was not quite as expected. But after receiving our food, it turned out to be far greater than anticipated. Pizza was average. But the calzone and bread sticks were both amazing. The garlic butter mixed with the other flavors teamed up to make for an amazing treat. Highly recommend those 2 items.”

“I DO NOT RECOMMEND WASTING MONEY HERE We took out of state family here over the weekend for breakfast, they were out of all breakfast food so we got lunch. wasted 95$ on the most disgusting food ever! catfish dinner was raw and needed recooked so by the time it was done everyone else was done eating what little they could consume, then it was to hot to eat so it didn't even get eaten. the fries were mushy and undercooked, mozzarella sticks barely warm, burgers over cooked and burned toasted buns so the kids didnt eat. the vinegar bottle had live knats in it. I reached out to kirks personally with no response though they did read my messages. no refund of money, we left hungry. I support local but will never recommend anyone waste their money here for awful food, bad service. very disappointed.!”

“customer service sucks. order placed in drive thru rung up incorrectly and manager accused me of ringing it up wrong. when explained I didn't she mumbled under her breath but was cussing me. told her I didn't appreciate it and she lied and said she was saying something else. when I said I heard her she rudely stated "it's called freedom of speech. read up on it." someone in customer service should not speak to or treat customers that way. they have made my orders wrong on multiple occasions and charged me the wrong price and refused to correct it. mobile orders not brought out even when no one in drive thru to wait on. be prepared to wait in either drive thru lane while 5-6 cars in other lane orders are taken before you. it's gotten so much worse in last year.”
