“This is for the Subway at Concord University. This is a great place to eat! The employees are so nice and friendly, my son goes here often and a few knows his order by heart, lol.They have great employees here and it's very, very clean. We enjoy it because it's close to where we live, so instead of having to travel all the way into Princeton we can go to the Concord location. Less than 5 minutes.”

“Discovered this great Diner while staying at a nearby Airbnb a few years back. It is now our Sunday lunch stop when we travel from NC to WV. We love the omelets and Philly Cheese Steak sandwiches. You can't go wrong with whatever you choose!! Enjoy!!”

“Moved off Mercer St to the Mercer Mall. It has it's own entrance right of hobby lobby. With its own entrance right of hobby lobby. It was unknown where to go once inside (left) but fairly easy to figure out. Menu hangs on wall. You tell staff what you want as you go down buffet line. Grab your silverware. The waitress arrives for beverage order. Bon Appetite. Chicken has great flavor. Livers a little dry. Easy fix. Collard green magnificent. Baked macaroni and cheese outstanding! A roll or cornbread. The cornbread was pleasantly moist. We can't wait to return and try other items. Staff is wonderful. They have free pool to their guests. This owner deserves accolades. Unbeknownst to the owner her friend was telling her story. She went from homelessness to owning a home and now restaurant. A wonderful example of choosing your own path.”

“Honestly some of the best Mexican food we’ve ever had. 5 ⭐️ I’ll be looking for something in Knoxville, TN to come close to those shrimp enchiladas. Delicious! Service was incredible. I wish I could remember our server’s name to give her credit, but she was on point all night. Look forward to coming back next time we’re in town.”

Barbie was a sure enough rockstar getting our food, drinks, and anything we needed for a great lunch! The portions were literally perfect. The food, vibes, location and service were all wonderful. “Chips and salsa to start was very tasty and plentiful; we had the Suiza Enchiladas and the Carne Asada tacos and both were excellent with generous side portions of rice and refried beans; I had the house margarita (2 of them actually) and they were refreshing and value priced; my wife had some good old sweet tea that she enjoyed; as we pass thru here on regular road trips, we will be returning”

“Our family has been coming to this park since the golf course opened in 1970, and we were thrilled to see the Mountain Creek Dining room open after a few years of closure. The new tram is beautiful and so is the dining room, the scenery and views spectacular! Emily was a fantastic server and we highly recommend the smoked trout dip appetizer and the prime rib. We’ll see you next year!!”
