Chilis is awesome! Shoutout to the Togo staff and manager tonight at the chilis on Oakvale in Princeton WV! My Togo order get messed up through the Togo app and they made it right with no complaints and were so sweet and even left a sweet note on my receipt. Thank you, my day is definitely better now!!

Chili's Grill & Bar offers a range of dining experiences, focusing on friendly service and excellent customer care. Staff often go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant meal. Recently, guests have noted that the service can be exceptional, with some describing it as friendly, attentive, and quick. However, the food can still be hit or miss. While some dishes, like the sirloin steak, are praised for being well-seasoned and cooked to perfection, others may not meet expectations, with reports of cold or greasy food. The 3 for Me menu provides a value option, but customers should be cautious of prices, as there have been mentions of overcharging. Additionally, some booths need updating. Overall, Chili's has potential, with consistency being key to a great dining experience.
