I will never go back to this Starbucks location. The employees were bickering about who was in charge of what and there was weird tension because of it. It took me 30 minutes to receive one latte… once received I just wanted to get out of the building and left even though my order was incorrect (hot instead of iced) and my latte had gross fingerprints all over the cup.
Shout out to Cole for going above and beyond this afternoon to complete my order!! You rock, Cole! 🤘

Even during a mid-day rush, the baristas were super nice, and a little wait was understandable if they seemed short staffed. However, some experiences varied. One customer faced rude service and missing items like a sandwich and cheese danish, while another received a wrong size coffee and no strawberries in their refresher. Despite this, many others had a perfectly fine experience, with drinks ready in no time and a drive thru line moving faster than most. Whether needing a coffee, a snack, or a quick refresh, this Starbucks is a reliable and convenient stop.
