We came in this evening and we both ordered from the 3 for me menu for 10.99 before tax after tax our whole bill should have been 23.30 but no our bill was almost 40.00$ I'm sure we were over charged or gratuity was added on without our knowledge We also left a 10.00$ tip and didn't say anything to anyone we were disappointed with the bill but paid anyway and left very doubtful we will return

Honestly I don't know how ur advertisement is baby back baby back baby back ribs and you tell me you got no ribs they wouldn't work with me with what I wanted on the smokehouse platter to replace the ribs that they didn't have so I got brisket quesadillas which were so over extremely spiced it was ridiculous I love spicy stuff and these were so over spiced I took 2 bites and got heartburn so bad I couldn't finish eating. All the food even the burger buns that some of my family got looked like he was dipped in the fryer it was all dripping with loads of grease everyone at the table complained about the amount of grease in all the food! And for 200 bucks I can promise you none of us will ever eat here again!! We all traveled as a family for my grandmother's birthday about 40 mins to get here for this outrageously greasy over priced food!! Unhappy don't begin to explain it! Id honestly ran take my chance at going to southern X and asking for a burger then EVER going here again

My steak I ordered medium came out too raw to eat, we had to ask for more water a few times and it was a longer wait then they quoted us. The chips and salsa were good but wouldn't come back to this location.

Chose chips and salsa for starters. Chips were clumped together, greasy and chewy. Main course came out cold. One meal- tenders and fries, tenders were ok but fries were cold and tasted old. The other was Steak, loaded mash and broccoli. The broccoli was tough and lacked the signature seasoning i am used to, the mashed had a crust to the outside of it and the steak was just ok. We usually play it safe and pick a place we know, but this location left us disappointed. Our waitress seemed very busy but gave friendly service.

Ordered take out tonight and half of the chicken tasted cold. The screen corn was over cooked and a little mushy. Arrived 5 minutes early from pickup time and food was just sitting on a shelf getting cold. Would not recommend this Chili'
