121225 ran thru the drive thru passing by on the highway. Drive thru moved quick. Food was HOT & fresh! The heavy set young man working the drive thru was awesome. He was polite, friendly & very pleasant.

we sat in the drive through waiting to order for over 5 minutes with no greeting or anything. then the girl comes on and says to order. when we get to the window the girl can’t keep her mouth closed at all, drooling. and then shows us a tub of lotion and asked us to try it. we declined. she said she has a facebook page and was promoting her business at the arby’s window. weird. she definitely should’ve just gave us our meal and not tried to get us to try her business out

Ordered a large combo with large curly fries and large lemonade. Received a small fry and small lemonade that tasted wrong, like old and sour. Waited forever for my food so I was just ready to leave. Huge disappointment.

I would have put zero stars if available, the beef and Cheddars ordered were nuked and disgusting, dried out old roast beef and nuked thrown on cheese were thrown together, half on bun and half off! The most disgusting disaster I have ever seen! I will never do business here again! Only used oakvale road because Ingleside is worse now after years of being great! The workers do nothing but chit chat and food is disgusting!

I don’t use this language in any of my reviews but there was 3 people by the register chitchatting. Didn’t care about that was patient as I usually am. Then he asked me what do you want I said I need a cup of hot water for formula for my baby the bottle is in my hand obviously. He said it’s $.025 fine whatever. They all saw me walk to the car to get the money walked back in gave me the cup and said we don’t have hot water. Even tho I can see it right there.
For the owner or manager, stop hiring morons that don’t want to do their job in a heavy traffic area. For anyone driving to stop here, don’t bother. Other restaurants by Arby’s is better and probably will treat you like a human being. Maybe it’s because I’m brown and they’re white? Maybe is because my name is Hassan? Thankfully the lady at the little general was a sweetheart and gave me hot water so I can feed my baby.
