I would have put zero stars if available, the beef and Cheddars ordered were nuked and disgusting, dried out old roast beef and nuked thrown on cheese were thrown together, half on bun and half off! The most disgusting disaster I have ever seen! I will never do business here again! Only used oakvale road because Ingleside is worse now after years of being great! The workers do nothing but chit chat and food is disgusting!

What has happened to the medium roast beef. They put the same amount on the regular. It's not like you're not the most expensive fast food restaurant already. Do better Arby's!!!

I don’t use this language in any of my reviews but there was 3 people by the register chitchatting. Didn’t care about that was patient as I usually am. Then he asked me what do you want I said I need a cup of hot water for formula for my baby the bottle is in my hand obviously. He said it’s $.025 fine whatever. They all saw me walk to the car to get the money walked back in gave me the cup and said we don’t have hot water. Even tho I can see it right there.
For the owner or manager, stop hiring morons that don’t want to do their job in a heavy traffic area. For anyone driving to stop here, don’t bother. Other restaurants by Arby’s is better and probably will treat you like a human being. Maybe it’s because I’m brown and they’re white? Maybe is because my name is Hassan? Thankfully the lady at the little general was a sweetheart and gave me hot water so I can feed my baby.

I suggest trying the beef and cheddar. It comes on an onion bun that was toasted. They made the curly fries to order. The staff was very nice and respectful. I'll definitely go back.
