Doesn’t even deserve a 1 star Waited over 30 minutes to receive my food unprofessional and unfortunately got stomach sick after eating it Do not Recommend at all if your traveling go to a different location or go somewhere else.

Fellow diners, I Reviewed the food of this establishment. Found chicken to be RAW. Undercooked, and not convincingly good.
Messes on the tables, floor and super glue sticky pop stains in the pop dispensary table, Straw dispensers are also; poorly maintained, poor customer service experience included. They did not give my mother a bag for her food after she had asked and waited a fairly lengthy time for a take out bag from the counter, Employees did not do as asked and several other customers were waiting and asking for better service. I’ve also found o it that the manager at this location does not care if the other employees are rude and standing around all day instead of cleaning and fixing up the restroom.
3.3 stars on their website for the Oakvale RD location (West Virginia) There are already a lot of negative reviews on this location!!

They messed up our order,the tables and floor were messy and dirty they looked like they hadn’t been cleaned for a while, bathrooms are also gross floor is dirty and toilet hadn’t been cleaned for a while. They got the sides right but we ordered breakfast sandwiches and they gave us chick on bone and chicken strips. We asked for a bag and the worker stood there talking and messing around. They were slow and didn’t care at all, just bad service in general.

It's happened to many times, where I've went through the drive thru and they haven't double checked the order or the quality of it, and then taking the time to go inside to get in fixed and having to wait in line to do so . . . Edit/update: they have definitely improved on customer service, I really only have two complaints, the cleanliness of the lobby for being able to sit down to eat is not great, and they don’t have Dr Pepper.
