Absolute abysmal quality in food.The first time I went there in awhile I had ordered some food and the quality was fantastic, the service was decent, the workers never seem happy to work there but that's understandable. Every other time I've been there since my food is never fresh, no matter what time of day I show up. I understand their system of keeping food up front in the warmer, but paying 35 dollars for a family meal and receiving stale biscuits and tenders is ridiculous.This was at around 5pm today, no reason at all for the food to be stale. One night I had shown up around 9pm and the food was awful but I get that they were about to close and didn't want any overflow of wasted food "although I'd rather them had dropped something fresh and waited". I'm usually one to never leave a review about a fast food establishment but they really need to get it together with how much they're charging people for food.I'm gonna try to eat there one more time in the near future but honestly, I'd recommend just saving your money if you're hungry and going to KFC instead, I've never had a problem with their food being awful.

Placed order was given wrong order they said it was my problem.
I stopped by the drive thru for a 12pc Chicken Supremes Meal and a Bo's Chicken Sandwich. The line moved quickly and the gentleman who served me at the window was extremely cheerful.The Supremes were awesome, hot and moist. I got mac and cheese and fries as the sides. The mac was creamy and decent for takeout, the fries were hot, crispy and well seasoned. I really enjoyed the biscuits as well, they were fresh, tender and hit the spot. I also liked the variety of sauces.My only disappointment was that the chicken on the Bo's sandwich was a bit dry. The bun was fresh and I liked the pickles, overall it was still really tasty.It was my first time trying Bojangles and we'll be back.

Well 1st timer at Bojangles and I hate to say it but for myself it was underwhelming. Fries were warm and soggy, chicken strips were small flat and over cooked. However the bisquit was good. But overall ? 4.7 outta 10. Maybe it was an off day.
