Bojangles is a treat for those who don't have it locally. The food is often great, with fresh and hot options available. The dirty rice is a highlight. However, some visitors have experienced disappointing visits, citing issues with food quality, incorrect orders, and poor customer service. Despite this, the return of the popular "bo sauce" has brought back some fans. With some improvements, Bojangles could be a great stop for a meal, and adding Dr Pepper to the menu would be a bonus.
