From the minute you pull in, you are greeted by an aura of comfort. The staff greats you and strives to make sure you're BoJangling your way to a great experience. It's happened to many times, where I've went through the drive thru and they haven't double checked the order or the quality of it, and then taking the time to go inside to get in fixed and having to wait in line to do so . . .
Edit/update: they have definitely improved on customer service, I really only have two complaints, the cleanliness of the lobby for being able to sit down to eat is not great, and they don’t have Dr Pepper.

Super busy got the country ham biscuits and tater tots. My favorite. From Ohio and our Bojangles doesn't serve country ham . Shame. First place we stopped once we got south..
