Literally the slowest drive through I have ever sat in so I go elsewhere. Be prepared to wait 15-25 mins, even with an order ahead order. Also, make sure you check your bag, the drive through staff usually forgets something. For me, it's always the kids meal milk.

This review isn’t directed at the workers as much as it is the franchise operator/management. I have never waited less than half an hour in this drive through. The layout is terrible, why is the front entrance in the drive through? No pickup spots for mobile order and no lane for mobile orders so it doesn’t even really save time to order ahead.

Y'all know you're awesome, but who designed this location? Who puts the front entrance IN the drive-thru lane?!?!? I may just run back by sometime and park my car, grab a bite, and watch as others (like myself) confusingly walk around the building trying to find out where the entrance is. Lol. Only in West Virginia...
This is a very busy location so if your coming for lunch longer than usual lines. The workers are super fast but it's just busy. Great food. Try the new dragon fruit lemonade it really hits!

Clean bathrooms. Good service. Very busy but it moves quick and your food comes out hot and fresh.

Did the drive through and no matter how busy they are the wait isn't long. Been eating their chicken sandwiches for years and is still the best anywhere.
