Chili’s used to be good food back 15 years ago, but has gone down hill in quality over the years. Without going into all that, we got take out last night, a bowl of chili and southwest egg rolls. The chili comes in 2 sizes, bowl or cup, ordered the bowl but it sure was small, would hate to see how small a cup is.
