When I got to my hotel hash brown casserole was ok a little hard the broccoli I ordered wasn’t gave to me

The food here is absolutely fantastic, and the employees are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience truly enjoyable. The service is top-notch, and the store is always well-stocked with a wide variety of options. It’s the perfect place to grab a meal, especially when I’m on vacation and looking for something delicious and convenient. Highly recommend it!

Great place for family and friends! The food is great along with portion size! Top notch service. Will dine here again, most definitely!

We did not have to wait to be seated, our waiter was attentive and pleasant. Our food was prompt, hot and delicious as always!

Good food as usual, but they do not honor check-ins on the app. You have to check in once there and then still wait in line.

Average food. The potato casserole was barely warm, and the sausage gravy was bland. Plenty of food, however.

The food in Cracker Barrel has gone way down. We've visited several different stores and the food has been terrible, under cooked dumplings,asked for a well done steak it was burnt to a crisp. Food took forever to be brought to our table Although management replaced it the steak everyone else had finished eating it was time to leave.

Excellent food at a good price, and a very friendly staff

I placed a pick up order. The order came with either biscuits or corn muffins. Neither of which i like, so like ALWAYS I wanted to substitute Toasted sour dough bread. The girl taking my order said that is not a choice. I said I know its a substitution and I'm happy to pay extra for it. She replied we can do no substitutes. I said then I don't want anything. I told her I've been substituting sourdough toast for breakfast or dinner for years. My whole family does. So the lady transfers me to the kitchen. I tell this young lady my problem and she says yes I can have TOASTED sourdough. So I place my order. I get to the store and they take about 5-7 minutes to find my order because it's under the wrong name. So it is read back to me when cashier finds it and it is correct. However when I get home more issues, I live 2 minutes from restaurant, my hashbrown casserole is cold as can be and guess what I got grilled sourdough. So it was nothing but a greasy mess. Couldn't even taste the sourdough. That's is exactly why I order toasted. This is probably the worst experience I've had a cracker barrel but it seems like each time it just gets worse. It will be a long long time before I go back if I do at all

Chicken dippers were given instead of chicken tenders and they were dry and tough. I won’t order them again. Bathrooms were dirty and out of toilet paper. Had a rising start waitress who was nice.
