We ordered the prime rib dinner for Christmas. If was perfect. I may never cook holiday dinner again. We really enjoyed dinner. Our Cracker Barrel rocks. Thanks for such a wonderful meal.

Had the Country Sampler.
The chicken was all white meat, nicely breaded, crispy and juicy.
The meatloaf was very good.
The chicken & dumplings were excellent.
A ton of food, and very reasonably priced.
Lastly, the service was awesome.

Service was great, despite getting he wrong check. Ordered chicken and dumplings dinner-a boll full of lukewarm dumplings with a small piece of chicken tender in the bottom. Hash brown casserole and green beans barely warm. Not the first time for pitiful portions and half-warmed sides.

We drove 40 minutes for drinks and dinner at Cracker Barrel which is usually one of my favorite places. To start, the waitress wouldn't serve me a mimosa because I lost my wallet and didn't have an ID. Mind you, I'm nearly 60 years old and there's no doubt I'm old enough to order a drink. The biscuits were burnt, they changed the gravy recipe to something that looked like dark gelatin instead of the wonderful creamy usual gravy and the turnip greens were cold. We won't be visiting again anytime soon!

we had the best waiter here! i didn’t catch his name but he has dark brown hair, glasses and is maybe 5’5. he was on top of everything, refills, etc. the food was amazing and making sure everything tasted good, was good and so on!!
