They wouldn’t open the door to let my kids go to the bathroom after our purchase well within business hours (5pm on a Saturday). I believe they just didn’t want to open the lobby so they wouldn’t have to clean up. No signage to say the issue nor was it under renovation from appearances.

Service is ok. There is one guy there sometimes who questions me on amount of cream I like in my coffee and refuses to put it in like the rest do...but, it's ok. I guess he is an unhappy individual. Maybe he will find some happiness and do his job without judgment some day. I'm praying for him. 😉

I’m sitting in the lobby as I write this, my boyfriend and I came here tonight and I got a chicken basket and he got a bacon cheeseburger, the burgers got mixed up and he didn’t get bacon but the manager (I believe his shirt said Paul on it) was so sweet and amazing, we love coming here especially when he is on shift bc we always know our food will be good and we will have a good time!! It was 5:15ish on 5/15, I want the manager to be recognized for his great service and the way he runs his crew!!
I love the DQ cakes but don't get them unless it's a special occasion or birthday, so when they came up with the cupcakes it really made it a treat!! I got hung on them for a while and had to break myself from them!!!
