Dolly's was everything we had hoped for when we booked a hotel in Princeton. Amazing service, the atmosphere was exactly an old time diner feel, just amazing. If ever in Princeton or near, make sure you go to Dolly's.. I only wish I good take it home with me.

By far the worst place I've ate lately. Took 45 min to get 3 grilled cheese sandwiches w fries and the cheese wasn't even melted fries cold and ti top it off the bill was 48.00 bucks. Never again

We stopped at Dolly’s on a road trip and left with full bellies and even fuller hearts. From the moment we sat down, our server CW went above and beyond—he didn’t wait to be asked about the specials; he jumped right in with a clear, friendly rundown and made each dish sound like something you'd want your grandma to make for you.
CW also shared his favorite item on the menu—something a lot of servers skip—and I’m so glad he did. I ordered the Philly sandwich based on his recommendation, and WOW. Hands down the best Philly I’ve ever had. Perfectly seasoned, melty cheese, toasted just right—like a hug between hoagie buns.
CW didn’t stop there; he also had top-tier dessert suggestions, and they hit the spot just like everything else. His energy was wholesome, welcoming, and honestly made the whole experience feel like visiting a friend’s kitchen instead of just a pit stop.

This diner used to be ok but now it's wonderful! The staff are so friendly and I'm glad they are doing so much better. The food is good and I like that you can watch them cook it! They need a bigger parking lot if they continue to grow and make good food! It is now our go to and our grandchildren love it!

We came in to eat while on a road trip. It was late enough everything except fast food was closed, and Dolly's filled our needs very well. The service was excellent and the food well cooked and delicious.

We stopped by here with our 5 kiddos for a late dinner on our way to South Carolina. It was a wonderful experience. Everyone was so friendly, our server CW was great, and the food was delicious! The Philly Cheesesteak did not disappoint and the Country Boy Omelette, Strawberries and Cream Waffle and Pancakes were also tasty. If we ever pass by this way again, we will definitely be back. Thank you, Dolly’s, for a fun memory on our family vacation.

Dolly's Diner is the perfect nostalgic diner. We arrived to a parking lot full of cars. We expected to have to wait for a seat so we were surprised to be welcomed and seated immediately. The breakfast is hard to pass up. They have a variety of meals to choose from on the menu and they all look delicious. The wait staff is very attentive and friendly as well. Prices are very reasonable too. Can't wait to try something different but the biscuits and gravy is simple perfection.
Cool atmosphere. Food was average in my opinion and the waitress was stretched to meet the needs of the number of tables she had to oversee. Not a bad place for a quick and nostalgic bite overall
