Ordered a Carmel Frappe early this morning, watched the lady shake and beat the machine she comes to the window and I told her if it was broke I could go somewhere else. She proceeds to go ahead and hand me the drink, I get to work and go to take a drink and see something black inside the cup I get a spoon and got it out and it was a hard piece of plastic from the machine.
