The drive through was backed up, the dining room was strewn with trash, and the floor had spilled soda in multiple places. We ordered 2 nuggets kids meals at the counter and it was 26 minutes before they were ready. It was only as we left that we realized they hadn't included one of the kids' beverages but we just didn't want to waste time going back in since we had seen several other people come back for order issues. Objectively one of the worst McDonald's I've been to in awhile.

This McDonald was awful. They didn't have enough workers. The food was terrible. The service was the worst. I can't believe that I spent my money for such a horrible experience. The restaurant was a mess and no one was cleaning the seating area or the bathrooms. The garbage was overflowing in both areas. What a disgrace.

poor management. place was absolutely disgusting. everybody in front of me had multiple things wrong with their order including myself. so insanely slow as well. every person i tried to get the attention of ignored me and everyone else asking questions also. the children’s play area was disgusting and covered in wrappers, ketchup, and hamburger meat. the floors were practically black. we ordered two chicken big macs and when we received them they were undercooked and had breading everywhere. unacceptable. i undersfand having a rush hour, i’ve been there myself. it’s just management in my opinion. i wouldn’t eat here again.

Messed up order three times. And I went home and had to come back. And of course no apologies from them. So our food was then cold.
My son and I waited in the drive thru line today for 30 minutes (Sunday October 20th 2024). I'd like to point out that the employees did an excellent job today with it being that crowded. The drive-thru girls were friendly and professional under pressure, you guys rock! For all those who were complaining about the line you could have gone over to Bojangles or Taco bell, they had no customers over there 😂

I am so disappointed in my experience this evening. First, the drive through line was terrible, I know I was in it nearly a half hour. They guy taking the money said he was sorry, they are short staffed. I get home with my food, our drinks are not full, our fries were only half a box each, then my cheeseburger bun was upside down on the bottom. How do they not see that!? Next time I'll go to Burger King 😡
