My husband is a tow truck driver and he went there to get him some food and the manager that was working was very rude. She was a black lady and she said let's go ahead and get this tow truck driver out of here cause he is taking up space in our parking lot and called him a stupid tow truck driver and theres no sense in her being rude like that. Money is money and I'll be taking this to corporate for sure. She don't need to talk to customers like that. Store number is 10021 and I'll make sure I have her job. And the parking is shitty

Worst food we have ever had from McDonald's, hands down. Looked and tasted hours old. There was so many staff members there , so I was surprised at how terrible the food was and how dirty the restaurant appeared. Family of 5 and all but the drinks went to the garbage. McDonald's do better 😒

This has to be one of the worst mcdonald's i have ever been to the people working here can not make a good burger or fries to save their lives and wouldnt be surprised if they were that bad at everything they do in life. It seems like no effort whatsoever goes into making any food they sell and my order as a result of that seems to never be correct or its as sloppy as possible with the meat halfway of the hard stale buns or ketchup just smearing across the whole wrapper and buns. I really hope the owner or manager in charge will do something about it but in the meantime yall wont get another cent outta me.

Brian who works up front and the male managers are awesome. They’re always kind, gracious, and welcoming. The lady manager with the maroon shirt however ignores every customer and when things aren’t running smoothly or when it’s really busy she walks outside for some reason to to just stand out there and talk to people. She always runs off when the going gets tough
