Grace made sure my to-go order was perfect and ready at the time I requested. She made sure I had bread, extra dressings, and the one entree mad the major change I asked for. She had the food ready and every entree was exactly as it should have been plus it was packaged nearty. 5 Stars

First, we were greeted and seated within a minute on New Year's Day when it was a little busy. We received our drinks, cutlery, napkins, saucers, and plates for our appetizer within 5 minutes. Our waitress, Brooklyn, was professional and friendly. She waited patiently for our appetizer order and dinner food orders. We got the appetizer with fried cheese patties, fried onion pieces, and fries smothered with cheese and bacon bits. Three dipping sauces came with those. Everything was delicious and well cooked to this point. Our house salads were generous portions and had a variety of lettuce, onions, tomatoes, and cucumbers with our choice of dressing.
I ordered the whole rack of ribs. Wow! Delicious. My baked sweet potato with fixings was marvelous. My husband ordered a steak well done but it arrived still red and bleeding. He sent it back 2 times which made it dry. The manager, Emily, visited us at the table and offered a generous solution of a gift card and a dessert comp. GET the CARROT CAKE WITH CREAM CHEESE ICING. DELICIOUS. YUM. The service was impeccable and the food was prepared well except for the steak and we were happy with the manager's solution. Thank you Outback staff for a great start to our New Year 2026. Shout out to Brooklyn, our delightful waitress who did a great job.

On December 30th my family of 9 came to Outback in Princeton. We had a very long wait, about 45 minutes snd by then it was after 7 PM. Three of our 9 entrees were not prepared correctly especially my daughter's burger. The waitress made up an excuse for the nearly raw burger which she even comment that it was barely cooked. Next another waitress came to refill drinks (she only did 2). She sloshed out tea all over the table and then spilled a picture if water behind my chair and under it. Next she over refilled my daughter's glass and spilled it in her lap. We asked for napkins to clean up the spills and to dry some of the spill on my daughter's pants. She brought four napkins but put the on another table. We asked her to mop up the spill around me so I would not fall. She did not. We asked the original waitress about 3 more times for napkins and to clean up the spill in the floor. We got napkins when we hot our bill. We complained so the hostess came. It took us getting angry to get the spill cleaned up. We got a $14.00 discount for one of the undercooked meals. No apology was given until we got angry. This was really not then fun evening we had hoped for and will not return.

I think we’ve grown away from some of the menu
Not really a fan of blooming onions or shrimp and the Mac and cheese was not that great. If you want regular Mac and cheese you need to order the kids Mac and cheese
As far as the workers, they are all wonderful, and then some!!

Been a while since I had went to Outback. No faught of theirs. We dont eat out much. Was craving a good burger. When I went to pick up I went in to say hello to someone and had several people stop and ask if I had been helped. Such nice people working there. And I totally forgot how good the burgers are. Will be making a point of getting them more.

We were there for dinner, inquired about the prime rib, they were out by 7. We were told to go to Texas, that's exactly what we did! I've never had an employee send me out to another restaurant without trying to accommodate me in some way. That's fine tho, we're having a fabulous dinner at Texas

My favorite restaurant has went so far down hill on service food quality and portions. You pay 50 bucks for a meal it should be right. Broccoli so hard it wasn't worth eating. Steaks weren't cooked properly, baked potatoes were so dry and overcooked. Bread almost burnt. Shrimp was not fully cooked through. The wait time was way longer than usual. Last few times we've been there it has been about the same. This time we didn't even complain because they act like we're crazy. Will post pictures of our very expensive meals. Guys just go to chili's or Texas steakhouse. Just do it and thank me later.

Waitress was amazing and food was good but the steak had lots of fat in it. Other than that everything else was great especially the waitress. She was very nice and checked on us consistently.
