👎🏻👎🏻First and last time! Now I know why we were the only people in there at the peak of dinner hour. The red flags went up the minute we walked in the door and noticed how filthy the place was (glass doors/windows absolutely covered , dirt all over the floor, grime all over the walls) and yet they weren’t busy so it’s not like all the people standing around doing nothing couldn’t be cleaning up. Wings are not only the best in town but the best of all surrounding counties.
Smoke and Dagger are the wings that Princeton needed! The best bbq wing I have ever had. The loaded nachos and potato was also top tier. Highly recommend!

Smoke and Dagger BBQ is a fantastic restaurant with great quality BBQ. The food is incredible, amazing, and top shelf. Everything is hot, fresh, and well flavored. The brisket is especially great and the pork has a good smoke flavor. Menu items like the ribs with the Dagger sauce, the Smoke Show family platter, and the wings are all highly recommended. The ribs can be slightly dry, but the delicious sauce makes up for it.
The side options are plentiful and delicious, including fries, Mac N cheese, fried pickles, onion rings, and mozzarella sticks. There is a nice assortment of sauces to enjoy. The service is great with staff that is helpful, warm, welcoming, very nice, and very engaged. They are supportive with food allergies and quick to correct any errors. The place is very clean with lots of seating. It is a little gem and a favorite place, worth a visit for some great BBQ.
