I went through the drive-thru and John was the person that helped me. He was patient and kind and helped me navigate the menu. I left with delicious hot food. I had a really hard day and the extra minute he spent with me meant a lot. Thank you John!
They had 3 people working. We waited 30 min but these 3 got it together for us. The food was fresh. They were swamped with customers. I felt so bad but they did what they had to . They were professional and very nice. They were trying so hard and that matters. They really need more people. 3 people is not enough for the amount of customers they had.
The food was good, but my milkshake was barely mixed and barely had any of what I ordered in it. I asked one of the servers for a little more of the banana and chocolate, and he only brought me out a small cup of ice cream...idk what that was about! Sometimes, I wonder if I am speaking Mandarin Chinese and dont realize it. I'm always very friendly and obviously just let it go after the extras didn't come out... I was even going to stir them in myself instead of asking...
