The new general manager brought out our food, and even apologized for the wait after only waiting 10 mins, which isn’t a long wait at all, I’ve waited 45 mins at McDonald for less food, but the food was hot fresh and very delicious, keep up to great work.
I went through the drive-thru and John was the person that helped me. He was patient and kind and helped me navigate the menu. I left with delicious hot food. I had a really hard day and the extra minute he spent with me meant a lot. Thank you John!
They had 3 people working. We waited 30 min but these 3 got it together for us. The food was fresh. They were swamped with customers. I felt so bad but they did what they had to . They were professional and very nice. They were trying so hard and that matters. They really need more people. 3 people is not enough for the amount of customers they had.
