Literally the worst starbucks to go to. They always have a line of 10 people that takes at least 30 minutes just to place an order through the drive through. & then, when you finally get to the ordering place you find out theyre sold out of anything basic. Lemonade, hot chocolate, refreshers, even frappes. Dont waste your time and go to the bluefield one if you can.

My cashier was blah, one male was there chipper,and very vocal and taking to his regulars he knew. The inside was small and busy, the drive through was out to the road. Store is in a bad spot, and needs to be bigger. I'd rather have coffee from sheets. Just honest after trying their dark roast today. Other drinks are good and iced are great too. Just not my taste for hot coffee.
I ordered on the mobile app while getting gas, got in line, “you ordered 47 seconds ago it might be a min” okay that’s fine. I get to the window “here” got my drink she closes the window and walks away. She saw I was still there and opens the window and I asked for my sandwich which she then gives me. As an ex Starbucks barista I know it’s hard, but being rude isn’t part of the job description.

Stopped at this location while traveling and was a disappointed. They seemed to only care about the drive-thru customers. Service inside was extremely slow. I then made a huge mistake. I didn’t taste the drink until I left. It wasn’t very good. I just had a basic iced mocha but somehow they screwed it up. I would avoid this location.

I ordered a chai cream frap. All other starbucks I got too puts cinnamon on top. It adds to the flavor for me. I have always gotten it. When he handed me my chai. I asked if I could have some cinnamon on top. He says they don't make it anymore so he had to create it. OK that's fine. So instead of just putting it on top stand their and make excuses. Im sure they had cinnamon there.
