The store was one of the cleanest starbucks I’ve been in and the baristas were super nice even during a mid-day rush. A little wait to get our order taken but it was during a rush and they seemed a little short staffed so it’s understandable.

I wish I could give this store a 0 stars. First, the register guy was super rude and had us waiting to order for over 5 minutes while he was talking. Rushed us, had a rude tone from the start, didn't give us a receipt when we asked, and threw our food on the counter. Second, once I was given my caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino (which I have ordered for 10+ years) it was covered in white. I asked for the batista woman to please mix it up more for me. She then proceeded to speak very rudely to me and claimed that these frappes always come with whipped cream on the bottom. Ummmm what??? No they do not.
I then get to my car and my drink is disgusting. It has no flavor, basically because it's filled with whipped cream I guess. Did not have caramel on the top like every time I've ordered it. Very disappointed and upset with myself that I did not get my money back on this one. Do NOT recommend!

Of all the Starbucks I've ever visited I e never been to one that could botch drinks quite like this one. The coffee with light creamer we got just tasted and looked like milk with a splash of coffee. The ice matcha with coconut milk that we got had no coconut milk in it at all.
The service however was super friendly. I can't comment on the inside of the building as they couldn't let patrons in that day due to the ac not working.
I met a friend for coffee and had the worst experience ever. Both employees were extremely rude. They ignored multiple customers including myself and my friend and even had people walk out because they weren’t taking orders. Last straw was when An elderly gentleman came in to get a drink and was told he could get a drink but he couldn’t sit down and drink it that he would have to leave. Absolutely disgusting! Just when we thought we had seen it all, my son comes out as I was checking on the elderly gentleman to tell me we had to leave because they were closing!! It was 4 pm on a Thursday evening! There were multiple people inside who had just got their orders! This place is ridiculous! Do better Starbucks or at least hire some better employees!

My mom and me went to this Starbucks so my mom could talk to her friend when they were standing in line nobody asked them if they were ready to order then my mom asked if they can take their order the women working said she tried to ask them if they were ready to order even though she didn’t and she was being rude about it then at 4:45 they were closing even though they don’t close until 10:00.
