I ordered on the mobile app while getting gas, got in line, “you ordered 47 seconds ago it might be a min” okay that’s fine. I get to the window “here” got my drink she closes the window and walks away. She saw I was still there and opens the window and I asked for my sandwich which she then gives me. As an ex Starbucks barista I know it’s hard, but being rude isn’t part of the job description.
The store was one of the cleanest starbucks I’ve been in and the baristas were super nice even during a mid-day rush. A little wait to get our order taken but it was during a rush and they seemed a little short staffed so it’s understandable.
went through the drive-thru during the lunch rush, that was our first mistake. ordered a venti coffee, a venti refresher, cheese danish, and grilled cheese. they gave me a grande coffee and when i asked them for the venti i ordered they just poured it into another cup and added extra ice. they didn’t add the strawberries to my refresher, didn’t give me my cheese danish and instead gave me two grilled cheeses. sadie was the one who served us, he should be fired.
